In the last episode of Jon and Kate plus 8, the couple announced they were getting a divorce. Very sad, especially for the kids. Will you still watch the show?

No. Though if they do decide to stay on air – I think they should change the name to Jon OR Kate plus 8.

I figured they would just end up canceling the show… There is not going to be that much more excitment after the divorce is final…
I never watched that crap when it was on. My wife and I were flipping through the channels when it first came on and they were doing their couch thing.
I mentioned to my wife, “Look at their body language. Something is wrong between them because they were not looking at each other, not touching each other and were leaning their bodies away from each other.” Well, I was right and now those poor kids will pay the price.
Nope. The show has officially jumped the shark.
They really should ditch the cameras now and focus on the kids and helping them through this without it all being recorded. Divorce is painful enough for kids without having it all documented and publicly aired.
i will ALWAYS watch them. i watch him every time they come on. i’m really upset that they are slitting up but i guess it’s life. I’m glad there still making episodes but it is still not going to be the same. The happiness is not going to be the same. I know the kids will be happy but jon and kate aren’t going to be the same
No, I didn’t watch it before they split up before…however, I do wish the best for their kids.

I don’t think so, besides they are on hiatus till August and to be honest I think to network may just can the whole thing. The kids are the ones to suffer for sure.

I’m hard pressed to say why anyone would still want to watch a show that has become nothing more than an exploitation of children for money and freebies.
Now, the children will be exploited during the worst time in their young lives.

I will still watch it, or at the very least try to stay up on what’s happening with them every now and then. I’ve watched them for years and I feel attached to them somehow even though I don’t know them. I think this is really sad. I cried on the season premiere a few weeks ago cause you could tell it was over.
I don’t think they exploited the kids like everyone says. I have a young daughter, and I probably would’ve done the show too to secure their future. If they didn’t do the show, they’d both be working full-time to support their kids essentials. They wouldn’t have money for anything special and the kids would be in daycare all day. That’s not healthy either. I agree with their choice to do the show. I just wish they had quit last year when Jon started getting tired of it.

yah, i want to see how the kids are when the parents aren’t together i feel bad for them, i mean who wouldnt? i would atleast watch it everyonce and awhile to keep up on how they are doing, but i liked the show becasue i like to watch the kids, they are still there, so i shal continue to watch

My opinion is that they have been seperated for a long time – and this entire drama is just for show – the only reason Kate was so mad is because Jon interfered with her money train.
yes. nothing will change about the show except jon and kate won’t always be on the show at the same time, and they won’t hug or kiss or anything. i do agree that they should change the title to jon or kate plus 8, but thats probably not a possible solution. i think its really unfair how people are judging jon and kate. no one really knows the whole story. no one knows if jon cheated FOR SURE, no one knows if kate cheated FOR SURE. yes, it is suspicious, but i have a feeling it isn’t as bad as people are making it out to be. i think all jon and kate (plus the
need right now are prayers, not put-downs! the divorce was decided by both of them, and it wasn’t easy for either of them. you could tell by the tone of how they said it that they were dissappointed that it came to this.. so leave them alone and don’t be so rude!!!
by watching the show, now, I feel like I am assisting a suicide of a family. “Family” is not just caring for kids! They missed that point long ago when they sold their soul for TV money. Committing to a marriage and family should be FIRST before a stupid TV show. Wake up Jon and Kate – no pity for you. Your kids are being neglected – dump the show and save your family. Do the right thing.
I only watched 1 of the first documentaries before it became a “FAKE staged shows, I didn’t even know it was weekly til this whole mess blew up.
NO, I would never support any show that exploits kids and deny them their privacy, what kind of parents would subject their kids to that, it’s not normal. And now it seems to be a scam for them to get famous and get rich by having the 6 kids. Greedy disgusting people and those poor kids will suffer.
I think I will still watch it but it won’t be the same. Honestly when I think about them divorcing, it breaks my heart. Although Kate is not perfect, I think she realizes how bossy and snide she was being and is truly wanting to work on things and Jon seems to just be over it and ready to move on. I still wonder if he’s not seeing someone else. Jon isn’t perfect either though, no matter how crabby Kate was with him. When they announced they were splitting, I almost cried lol. Seriously..its sad. Kate seemed sincerely heartbroken over it, and Jon seemed numb and emotionless. I will watch, but it will not be the same. I wonder what will happen with the show’s ratings..
