why do americans think a woman is a bad mother if she has a career and a life besides her children?
just because she has a career doesnt mean her kids dont exist.
desperate housewife – suprisingly, i see it the other way around. i feel like americans think that SAHMs are lazy asses who get to sit on their butts all day and eat bon bons. maybe its just because im a SAHM though. i dont think anyone ever feels like they arent being judged by the other side of the fence when it comes to motherhood.

Do you think all parents who have 50/50 custody are acting as if her kids do not exist? When she is not there, the kids are with their dad. (~50/50) She is home most of the week, she saves her practicing for after the kids are in bed or while they are at school. She is a working mother now. She is bringing home very good money to help her support her family. By your logic, all working mothers act as if their kids do not exist. Please rethink your position on working mothers. Most mothers in the United States do some sort of work for a living to help support their families. You are offending many of them.
She used to be a caring mother and great role model. Ever since the divorce she got a spray tan (isn’t bad), a boob job and extensions. She looks more like a stripper than a mom. She is a bad role model for her kids. They’re gonna grow up to be gangsters and hookers because of her. Even though Jon made a mistake they’re better off with him. One time the family was at a restaurant. Her poor 5 year old son Joel had to go to the hospital and she stayed at the restaurant. She slapped her daughter Leah. Even though she was crying, talking about how much she hates the paparazzi, you could tell she was just absorbing it to make herself more famous. She entered Dancing With The Stars to show off how hot she thinks she is. Trust me people, she’s no role model.

She’s a famewhore. Don’t get me wrong, it’s great that she wants to work, and no doubt I’d love to work, too, if I’d spent the last however many years raising 8 kids, but the fact that she exploited her children in the first place to achieve the lifestyle that she wants is disturbing, and, quite frankly, disgusts me. I could never do that. And she’s not a nice person, by all accounts, and her diva attitude is just horrible, especially considering she has no talent and is famous because of her kids, and being a bitch.
I so agree with you. She always wants what’s best for her NOT for her family. That stupid little thing is still on DWTS. They kicked off Pamela instead of the dog. The reason why jon split with her was because of her selfish attitude and wanting EVERYTHING to be PERFECT! That rascal sure needs to learn a thing or two!
