When does Jon and Kate plus 8 shows come back on after the season finale show?

Well last time I heard,I heard that Jon and Kate plus 8 was done this season and the show where one of the dogs eats a toy and the family had to go to the vet was the last show of the season.So my question is when does the next season start?

Season four is still running. Next Monday, March 16th, a new episode will air in which the family goes to see a Harlem Globetrotters game.

On Monday, the 23rd, two new episodes will air, the second of which will be the season finale.

Season five, if I remember correctly, is set to start airing in May, per their appearance on Oprah on March 9th.
