Perhaps they will fall out of the limelight and have to get honest jobs that don’t depend on their kids. Plus maybe folks will see that there’s other stuff going on in the world, or turn off the television all together!
But to play along, I think it is a good thing. The only thing worse than a divorce is a household where mom and dad hate each other. Kate was a control freak that yipped anytime anyone including Jon stepped out of line. Jon was an idiot and a scumbag to cheat though too, being he is in the public eye all the press of his infidelity will be forever online for his children to hear about.
I honestly think that Kate and Jon never meant for this crap to happen with the paparazzi constantly harassing them. I mean yeah it comes with the show, but this is pretty extreme. I think people are forgetting that they are just ordinary people who have multiples. I don’t think either meant for all of this. I think they both love each other and want to be together for their kids. Jon made a good point on the show last night. He said, “There are soldiers dying every day in Iraq and all people want to know is what I eat for lunch. It’s sick” I agree. I think that if they leave them alone for a few months, things will settle down. I liked the show better when Kate stayed at home.
When you are parading your entire family in front of the cameras, consistently, there is little private time. I’m not surprised by this news, however I am sad for the children. I think it would be best to get out of the limelight for a while and have some private time, even if they decide to ultimately divorce, make it private.
The news is not surprising but very sad. I am disappointed that they are not seeking counseling first. They have always emphasized their faith on their show but have they forgotten those values now?
It is much harder to try. I know they say it has been a rough year but have they had help from church or professionals?
I love the children.
It’s the reality show curse….any marriage that is exposed to it ends up divorced. This one is especially sad because they’re’s eight children involved. I guess in the end it’s what’s best for the both of them. She seems to very dominant and he’s just ho hum.
I only care about the children who had no say in whether they would be exposed in a train wreck of a reality show. Why so many think the show was a good idea is beyond me. “Let’s make some money and let’s use our children to do it.” Shameful!
I absoutlely HATE it!!! I think that they let the media invade the space and in turn, they are getting a divorce. I kinda blame the situation on Jon for going out with women at inappropriate times
I Feel Like Crying Because Of Those Poor Kids ! I Think Jon And Kate Should Quit The Show And Work On There Marriage Its Way More Important !
