The population is on a steady decline. But it isn't from any laws. It's just because that's what people want. Besides that, the people of the U.S. would fight that sort of control and win. We do not obediently follow rules like the rest of the world. I hope our Youth will always follow the tradition of questioning authority and fighting for their rights.
