what if in the US there were Population Laws like in Among the Hidden?

The Population Law is when you can only 2 kids. If you have you more than 2 kids. They would get taken away by the population police. and possibly killed…and you would most likely go to jail for it.

im a twin, but my sister is 3 yrs older. i was born first and my brother was like an hour behind. my brother would go? life would sure be different and………lonely……….i guess
i think considering over population, 2 kids makes a good family
there are way too many single moms having 4,5,6 or more kids, being on welfare, is not fair to the kids.there should be resistrictions for the sake of the children as to how much welfare money is to be givin.♥
On average, the past two generations have gone from having 6 to 8 children to having one or two. The population is on a steady decline. But it isn’t from any laws. It’s just because that’s what people want. Besides that, the people of the U.S. would fight that sort of control and win. We do not obediently follow rules like the rest of the world. I hope our Youth will always follow the tradition of questioning authority and fighting for their rights.
