What did you think of Jon Gosselin’s ABC Interview Last Night?

Just a couple of things that I caught:

1)When he’s around the 22 year old, his heart starts pumping – gee isn’t that what happens whenever you are in a new relationship? That’s why everyone loves the beginnings of “love”. Let’s bring the 8 kids into it with all the other stresses of married life and see if he still gets this feeling every day.

2) Saying he despises his wife. That’s going to come back and bite him. Chris Cuomo was so on target when he said to watch what he was saying about the Mother of his children. Bravo Chris! I’m sure Kate’s no saint and would love to spill her guts about how she REALLY feels – but in her mind she has to think, how would I say it if my kids were here listening to this. That’s why she’s biting her tongue.

3) His family can’t believe the transition. They have their “old Jon” back. Gee, I guess so – you don’t have the 8 kids around so there’s barely any stress and you’ve constantly got a cigarette and/or a drink in your hand. I guess I’d be in a much better mood also.

4) The Divorced Dad’s Club – I loved how Chris was pointing out that the 2 guys he’d be appearing with are not the most stand-up. This just shows that Jon’s mind is in the gutter and he’d do anything for a buck now.

What did you think of his interview?
Nascargirl, (I did not give you the thumbs down – I appreciate another view)you talk about how Kate was nasty to him. Didn’t you find it interesting when he teared up and wondered if he had kissed and hugged Mady & Cara enough? Then he said he can’t go back and change that. Interpretation- he is not an emotional person who shows his feelings. That is a hard person to live with. Kate, on the other hand, likes to voice what she’s thinking and talk about it – so that is not a good combination in a marriage.

I know too many people aren’t going to feel this way.. But I say good job to Jon..

He has went through hell for so long and Kate is just a plain ol’ bltch. I can’t stand her. She just isn’t saying anying, because she KNOWS she is wrong. She treated him like dog shlt, he was nice and tried to put up with it, because of the kids and all..

She told him that she doesn’t see why she even married him.. He is now “famous” and he has to watch what he says, because it WILL get back to his kids. They are in the middle of this. Kate is pretty crazy though. She called the cops on Jon just because it was his time with the kids and she did not know the babysitter.. Come on.. This happens everyday. But, I am kinda with her on this one, because anything could happen. There are some SICK people in this world.

The Divorced Dad’s Club – All I have to say is lmfao!! Come on, Jon!! Michael Lohan and K-Fed…. hahaha. but you know what? I bet I would watch it for some reason. I was wondering why he was hanging with “Mike Lohan” as Jon calls him.. I knew they never talked that I heard of.. That is a joke and I would bet money on it that he is going to do that show.

Kate WOULD NOT even let Jon go out. And no, I am not talking about the bars.. I am talking about going out with friends. He should have put his foot down right there. I am a 26 year old girl and yes, I am on Jon’s side mainly.. but I see alot of Kate’s point of views, also.. She wanted him there 24/7.. He had NO social life. Who would even put up with it that long? Not me surely.

How many bars did you see in the papers that Jon has went to. I subscribe to US Weekly and Star (yeah, you can call me stupid.. lol.. I got them free though. and I have seen maybe of three bars he went to. He had his kids early. Twins at the age of 23 and his six kids probably at the age of 26-27. Most men only wants a few kids and women, too.. But he loves his kids and has stuck right there for them. Yeah, he makes mistakes like he said.. He is only human, right?? I bet we are so perfect.. We are NOT in the public eye.

So, I think he had a right to let it all out. He was sleeping in an apartment over the garage.. I would despise Kate, too, for everything she has put him through. You don’t treat a person like a piece of crap. It will come back to ya, Kate.. I would NEVER EVER treat my man like that. I like to be happy. Some people thinks they are better than others.

Oh… And about the 22 year old, Hailey.. I never thought he would do that.. But that is life. Like you said, EVERY new relationship is awesome, but when you went through hell for years.. Yeah, it probably would make it better.. And a rebound relationship is exactly what it is.. They might be together forever.. ya know? You know she is going to want kids later on in life if they last… I don’t think he would have anymore.. But if you love someone, I guess you are willing to do anything..

The problem is people have to see the show from season one Kate treated Jon like Dog vomit, seasons two she really ratchet it way down, bit it was still there.

Kate on some level knew she was treating Jon badly but couldn’t help herself. Now she’s on the View has all these glowing write up in celeb mags as soon as the show is canceled Jon can get back to living his life and Kate will find another man to bully.

he whines too much. what type of man would want to go on t.v. and whine and seem like such a wuss……….jon would. he’s a disgrace. kate might have treated him badly but he allowed it. he should have stood up to her years ago and worked it all out instead of just taking it and then running away with his tail between his legs

I think Jon is behaving so badly! Even if he despises Kate, he has children with her and he should behave like a responsible dad!
Kate was highhanded for sure but he was so like a child!
I think Jon should care more about Mady and Cara’s feeling about him prancing around with a 22 year old!

She said that Kate verbally abused him and asked why she even got married. I truly think Jon wasn’t ready to get married and have kids. Because while all his other friends were out partying like a regular 20 yr old, he was with Kate and having kids. And plus saying the he despises Kate, when she is the mother of HIS kids? I mean come one!
