Question by : How would u feel about a bunch of camera men following u around?
Ok if u were a celebrity family and u had a chance to have your own show where camera’s were constantly following u and your family around inside your house to record every conversation and every moment of your lives for a TV show (like Run’s house or Jon & Kate Plus would u want to do it knowing that it would make u a lot of money? Or would u rather just be left alone? Tell me why u chose what u did.

I would never do a reality show, period. Those things are so scripted, and I like my privacy. Also, do you see how hated the Kardashians are? I’m sure the money’s good, but I’d never do a reality show.

No. Never! Those shows only want to exploit kids. They don’t care if it’s good for their well-being. They only see ratings and money signs. Do your kids a favor and let them be kids. If they want to act someday, let them decide when they get older. Being on a reality show is a false sense of being famous. It’s not famous for being talented. It’s famous because they embarrass themselves.

I know I would! It’s got to be the least entertaining, most uncomfortable show on TV. TLC really needs to stop with all the stupid baby and family shows! They used to be The Learning Channel. Where has all the learning gone? Now they are just the LAME channel!

Anyone else going to break out the Champagne when this show bites the dust? It’s already ‘jumped the shark’ so why not just throw ‘em overboard already? Does anyone even give a crap about these people? Or are you like me and ready for TLC to go back to showing cool shows about Egypt and ancient civilizations? Those were the good old days of TLC!

So another question that was posted about shows like Jon & Kate Plus Eight and the one with the Duggars got me thinking. Would any of you Wiccans or Pagans do a reality show? I am not talking about Wifeswap, I mean like where they are filming in your face all the time for a full season.

If you did this show would you allow them to film your rituals, meditations, and/or spellwork?
Tammmy S – I think they have made their point pretty clear. TV would corrupt what we do instead of showing it objectively.

I have to say that I only complain about people not learning about my religion when they start in on the devil crap, and that’s more or less by people who WON’T learn or people who try to learn VIA internet. You can gauge people better in person and you will know if they are out to prostelyze or to learn. I don’t know how it is elsewhere but a local coven has opened its door to anyone who is interested in being present for ritual. Another one a couple hrs away is the same way. As long as respect is shown ANYONE of ANY background can be there to observe and learn.
