Chinese men don’t like a domineering and demeaning wife, certainly not with 8 kids already and some woman who can’t cook Chinese food.

I mean seriously! my aunt wrote a book and her husband cheated on her during the midst of it, Kate and Jon Gosselin split after Kate’s book, and now I just heard on E news right now that while Jenny McCarthy was writing her book her and Jim were going through their divorce! What’s the deal with that?!! I’m never writing a book….

When you write a book your more into that and leave your social life! husbands or wives get sick of the book having more attention than them

Question by George Salusbury: Why do so many Black and Asian men marry White women?
There aren’t any Black or Asian people where I live, but I notice this from watching TV. Tiger Woods, who is Black, married a White woman and cheats on her by sleeping with only White women.

Jon Gosselin, the bald asian guy from that TV show, married a white woman, got divorce, and still only sleeps with white woman.

So what gives? Do white women possess some sort of sexual ability?

Actually Tiger Woods is half black half Asian. I guess they like white girls.

Jon Gosselin is butt ugly but has been very productive with tonnes of kids and for some reason, many women fall for him. So is it cos of the maternal instincts of these women who are subconsciously looking for a productive man to father their children

I am a woman, and I would honestly say yes I am more attracted to married men, or fathers than single men my age. Simply because on *average* single men can be very immature. Usually a married man, older man, or father tends to be more stable, makes more money and has already been around the block so he tends to treat you more like a lady. Plus most women naturally love children it’s our motherly instincts to protect, love and nurture them, therefore, many women find it incredibly sexy for a man to be a good father.

And you always want what you can’t have! =)

Ladies, I remember first hearing about Jon & Kate Plus 8 a few months ago. Iniatially I was shocked at how Kate talked to Jon, but then I PAID MORE ATTENTION. My husband and I have ONE child and she requires a great deal of work…EIGHT CHILDREN require exponentially more. I knew then, several months ago, that they would break up. Jon G. was always off on a “tangent” somewhere as Kate tried to keep the kids happy and busy. Later he talked about “feeling free”. I wanted to jump through the screen and say “you are the father to 8 children…grow up”…Look at the father of the Duggar children and how loving and involved his is…or some of the other multiple birth/large family fathers…Jon was horrible. I could finally SEE why she stayed so upset. But I always felt there was more to the story. Then I saw the mess about him cheating. He should have tried to get counseling..after all, HE helped create his family. His love for Kate and his children and keeping his family strong should have been the most important things in his life…as they are for decent men. He hardly ever helped her do anything. He is a lazy, selfish piece of crap.
And as for her doing a TV show and people criticizing her..well…are they kidding? How else would they support such a large family? I thought America was supposed to have family values? Why do we criticize women who have made this choice and found a way to pay for it? Is anyone else concerned about these poor kids? And Kate? I hope she can find a boyfriend or something. I hope Jon Gosselin falls off a snowboard or catches AIDS or something.
Sox and Tracey: Normally I don’t watch reality TV. But the family shows often have good ideas on things to do for/with children….I am a wife and mother and volunteer with children when I am not working at the firm. I understand how you must feel but there are so many women’s issues going on with that show and the perception of Mrs. Gosselin.

Know it all: I was asking for women’s opinions. I am familiar with men’s opinions, particularly men like yourself.
Surely you have things to do.

I don’t use corporal punishment but it can work if not done in anger. I grew up with it and I am not maladjusted because of it.

***People I am just wondering if anyone else noticed what a poor husband and father Jon was….and if they can understand why that made Kate so edgy all the time****

Notice the first three top read stories of the week. What is it about him that has women lining up? Also, does people still feel sorry for him? I think we all can agree that Kate was a bit “controlling,” but look who is at home raising the kids and who is out partying like a college boy.
