I mean, sports figures earn it because they can do things the average person can’t do. Singers, cooks, actors, actresses, comedians, same thing…
But I quickly tire of people like Octomom, Heidi Montag, the other people from The Hills… and DON’T get me started on Jon and Kate Gosselin… WHY was Kate on the cover of People recently?

I think Table for 12 is boring, I think Even 19 Kids & Counting is better (Most of the time!) I like Jon & Kate Plus 8 & my daughter LOVES it too…But I think this should be their LAST season, for the sake of the kids, their marriage is falling apart & it looks like they’re heading for divorce, HOPEFULLY they’ve invested some of their money from the show, enough for the kids to live the life they’ve become accustomed to (But FORGET About Kate, she’s become SOOO greedy, she should think back to her trailer park beginnings & get a grip! Jon seems to have taken it more in stride & I think he’s the better, more natural parent that lets the kids just be kids!) Anyway, that’s just my opinion, HOPEFULLY Kate doesn’t continue the show “for the kids’ sake” as she has said…Because it’s REALLY NOT in their best interests, it’s more for HER sake than anything else! I wonder what will you think if the OctuMom gets the show on TLC they were saying she was gonna get, if you’d watch that, I heard it was supposed to show her taking care of her kids & also maybe about her finding love, though I wonder Who’d want to find love with a Single Mom of 14…I guess someone who wants reality TV show fame, and Nothing more!
Oh, and as far as kids, kids are kids, and you Shouldn’t judge them, if you’re saying you like the Table for 12 kids more than the Gosselin kids…I can understand more if you mean the parents…but then, I find the Gosselins & even the Duggars from 19 Kids & Counting interesting because of their large family & how they raise such a large family without any support, especially from the government, not that there’s anything wrong with that, but this day & age, it’s EXTREMELY DIFFICULT to raise such a large family because it costs A LOT of money & their different religious & their other beliefs & ways they raise their family, some of it a bit old fashioned, but still interesting…

on a recent show, kate said that she has always had a rocky relationship with her parents and they opted not to be a part of their lives and the kids lives. and jons father died after the twins were born and his mother lives away from them and she works full time so she doesnt get to be around very often.

Trust me when I say they need the space, I have one child and a three bedroom house, and its a tight fit. 10 kids…and all the things that come along with that, clothes, toys, necessities…they need it. Kate does not work, but she could easily go back to work being a nurse, especially with the kids starting school soon. And alot of the stuff they have are freebies because alot of companies will give them things and send them on vacations, just so they can get free advertising.

I think it’s sad to see them ‘going in different directions’ as they repeated several times in the interviews. Personally, I think it’s headed for divorce, and it’s just sad to see their beautiful family falling apart. I hope that they will truly keep their kids best interests at heart throughout this already grueling process.

The sextuplets were born on May 10 2004 which makes them about 4 1/2 and the twins were born on October 8 2000 which makes them 8.
