Sorry for a Jon and Kate question, but I was just reading a news article on the situation and I had a thought. It is my understanding that Jon has no job or residence. Kate on the other hand has the house and more of a career than Jon does at this point with DWTS and her books. Do you think this may be a ploy for him to eventually try to get alimony from Kate, as well as him grasping for some more attention? Also, do you think there is any judge in his right mind that would give this man custody?

Yes, Kate filed for a divorce. And the children are going to stay in their Pennsylvania home and the parents will alternate days with the children, but they will never be in the house together.
