Question by WakeUpAmerica_00: Jon and Kate+8 Gosselin Family.Where do you find pictures of the family w/ parents individually,?
i keep getting the same exact pictures on every single thing i look at, so far ive tried google inages and photobucket and I get the same pics. I’ve also tried looking online but cant find any.
btw- its for a school project
There has to be different pictures out there somewhere beacuase on youtube there are tons of pictures of the family i cant find!

So please help!!anyone who does i will give a thumbs up. person w/ more pics (i havnt already seen gt 10pts)

on a recent show, kate said that she has always had a rocky relationship with her parents and they opted not to be a part of their lives and the kids lives. and jons father died after the twins were born and his mother lives away from them and she works full time so she doesnt get to be around very often.

If you would, would you include your family in it? Like The Duggar family, Kate Plus eight, or a show like downsizing (the TV reality show about the family with financial problems) or wife swap?

Who knows? We only see what Discovery wants us to know about them. We don’t even know her maiden name to figure out who her parents are/were. You might want to send the question to the Discovery Channel’s PR department and see if they’re willing to release that information. If they are alive, it’s possible they don’t want anyone putting them in the public eye.

Question by pdddd: On Jon and Kate Plus 8, is it me or is it absurd that both parents will be moving out?
Shouldn’t it be a normal divorce- one parent stays and one moves out and visits or helps out etc. especially with 8 kids?
Kate should really live there with the kids and Jon visit when kates away or needs help or something

In my mind those two probably had very limited options as for what to do. Imagine having 8 children and having to support all of them with a big enough house and supplies (diapers, food, etc). Having regular jobs would have made their situation even more difficult than it already is. The TV show I believe created a way for them to make a steady and most likely a higher income than what they would have made by themselves with regular jobs. Of course you can argue that the children are not growing up normally, but they do seem to enjoy the company of the camera crew. Besides when they are older I believe they’d come to appreciate the big house and free trips to zoos, amusement parks that they enjoyed during the show that they would have been without. Or perhaps that is making them spoiled? Difficult question but I believe it was the right choice at the time for the couple to support their family.

Yeah, probably. I remember watching it in like 2008 thinking that Kate was so mean to him and everything. They seemed so unhappy. Now since they’ve separated, Kate seems like a nice person!

I like the show, for the most part. But I really don’t care for Kate. I don’t have an opinion one way or the other on their financial motivations behind it, everyone has to make a living. But this family seems to take alot of heat and criticism, just wondering what other parents who watch think of Kate’s parenting style and disposition.

I think they’re good parents. They have 8 kids, so they did the show so they can pay for them….LOL!

I used to be a fan of her show but after the divorce and after I realized how obvious it is that Kate and Jon are obsessed with fame and Hollywood and could care less about their kids I stopped watching their show- it wasn’t much longer until it ended anyways. And now she’s apparently doing Kate Plus 8, and she just got kicked off of Dancing With the Stars… I think she should go take care of her kids. Her kids are the reason she is so famous, yet they are nowhere to be seen while she’s EVERYWHERE on TV, magazines, interviews, radio stations…ect. This isn’t fair to them. She says she needs to make a living… how about she does what she be a nurse again? She was one for so long… it’s what she went to school for for 5/6 years. Now she’s away from home for long periods of time ALL THE TIME. WHO IS WATCHING THE KIDS?!
I understand that this is the same job as nursing, but she is taking advantage of her kids. Her kids were being put on TV from the time they were 1-5, that’s 4 years. Jon says they hated it and always complained, she says they loved it. Obviously one of them is right, what if it’s Jon? Their kids may have been forced to be in the public eye… that is child abuse and that is SELFISH. She takes trips away from her kids that last weeks, while her kids are with nannies. She is hungry for money.
Oh another thing that pisses me off. It’s bad enough that all she cares about is fame and money… but the fact that she complains about the paparazzi and people bashing on her… well she’s bringing it upon herself day after day. Her excuse is “well even if I stop the show people will still follow me” not true- if she just stopped filming and making public appearances in fall, by now she would almost be forgotten… instead she signs contract after contract to make herself more and more famous.
Mommy to twins and quads: “she is in magazines because she paparazzi follow her and take pictures. She can’t do anything to stop it.” That is ridiculous! Sure she can! She complains every day, on dancing with the stars she said more then once how she cries every day because the paparazzi follow her- so GET OFF TV IF YOU’RE MISERABLE. And there are other ways to provide for your kids and still spend more then one day a week with them. She made over 50, 000 per episode, they had over 100 episodes- that’s MILLIONS OF $$! Never mind the specials they did, her books that sold billions of copies, the interviews, church speakings and engagements, she gets free vacations (amazing ones too), TLC payed for her house, she gets free EVERYTHING even clothes from Gymboree and Gap. How did the money disappear so fast that she desperately needs to be away all the time to earn more? And as for your “leave her alone” comment… I am not harassing her directly… I was jut asking a harmless question

I used to like the show John & Kate plus 8 – but to me it seems to have changed and now it’s about product endorsement, self-promotion and free luxury trips. I’ve read the website gosselinswithoutpity.com and they make some interesting points. Since it is a reality show the restrictions that apply to protect child actors don’t apply to the Gosselin children. They do seem to be isolated from the real world because of this show. Unlike the Roloff kids from Little People Big World, who have friends and family over often and participate in sport and other activities – the Gosselin children don’t seem to have much in their lives besides the show. So, what do you all think – are they good parents or are they exploiting their kids for profit? And what do you think of Kate? Sometimes she rubs me the wrong way, just wondering if it’s only me?

What do you think about Jon Gosselin’s actions lately? do you think he is just doing this whole “don’t tape my kids” because TLC has decided to cut him from the show? also what do you think about Kate? and what do you think about the kids?
