Are you kidding me?! People need to give this a rest. They are making a big deal out of nothing! She spanked her daughter for not listening! Its not like she punched her in the face and threw her to the pavement! Geez! Spanking is a type of disipline. I’m against child abuse, but spanking is not freaking child abuse!

Sh*t, I guess I should be in prison for life. I spank my kid WHEN she DISOBEY and of course she crys and sreams. every little kid crys when they don’t get their way

Kate can be a B*tch I agree, but people are only making a big deal out of this because she is on tv. There are kids out there who get punched and sexually abused but no one does a danm thing about it.

Sometimes Spanking is the only way to get your kid to listen

OH NO now the kid is going to be emotionally scarred for life. she will probably grow up to abuse her own kids, sell drugs be a prostitute and comit mass murder.

the only thing newsworthy here is that Kate had the good sense and courage to not worry about being on camera and apply a little old fashioned discipline where it will do the most good. if more parents followed her lead we would all be better off!

One of their eyes closes more than the other. I forgot which one though. Also- they might cuz their hair that way so they can tell from the back who is who.

i agree, they are the most identical of the group…i just think they kinda look different…but i don’t know how to explain it…i think leah is just smaller, and i think alexis is a lot wilder, but in a cute way…

Apparently, Leah continued to blow her toy whistle after Kate asked her not to several times. But she spanked her, not slapped.

So apparently now the Gosselins are not human or humane. InTouch has pictures of her spanking Leah. Regardless of what you would do with your own kids, do you think its okay for her to spank her? or are those children being abused?

Kids get spankings, I got them when I was little too if I acted up. It’s not like she’s hitting and punching her around though so I don’t understand why everyone’s all “OMG KATE SPANKED LEAH”!! Why is it such a big deal, is it because she’s a ‘celebrity’?
