   I think she is stressed out a bit, she is a busy women and has a lot more going on then we see. I like her actually, I think she is real. There are a lot of reality shows that are scripted and made up, and you know she isn’t. That’s what I like about the show, it is more “real” then the rest.

   I think that it would be hard to have cameras in the house all day, and I have no idea what it would be like for the kids, but I do know because the show they get to live a normal life. They get more then I can give my son, and he is the only one right now. So they luck out with that.

   I like the show, makes me feel better about being able to raise my ONE child (I mean if they can raise 8, then I can definitely raise 1).
   I don’t think they are exploiting their kids, but I can see why some might think that.
   I don’t care for Kate much either, but she does have a lot of work and stress to deal with, having 8 kids and everything.

   I think they do a damned good job with that many kids. My husband & I are often impressed with the amount of control they have over what could be a chaotic household.

   I’m pretty similar to Kate in many ways so I can’t say that she offends me personally.

   I do sometimes think that it would be bizarre growing up on TV like those kids, but it gives them the opportunity to visit all kinds of places that they otherwise wouldn’t and apparently pays them well enough that Kate can stay home with them. It seems to work for them.

   I think they are great parents, they handle ALL of there kids very well and they seemed to be very well mannered and respectful. i wouldn’t take anything away from them. there are so many kids who are in the spot light and with that many kids they would be in the spot light regardless. i think the show is great and have actually learned some fun things to do with my daughter from them like the pudding finger-painting and eatable play dough! i think there great!

   I love the show and I like the family. They aren’t exploiting their children.

   To exploit something is the act of utilizing something in an unjust or cruel manner.

   I like the show as well. It’s on while I’m typing this. But Kate sometimes seems a little too high strung. I sometimes feel sorry for John, he doesn’t get a word in at all. The kids are beyond adorable, as far as exploiting them, I don’t really think they are. It’s one thing if the kids seemed uncomfortable but they don’t. I just wonder will they do a show on the woman from NYC that had sextuplets too.

   I used to love the show, but it’s starting to get on my nerves. It used to be all about the kids and normal day-to-day stuff. Now it’s more about their celebrity life – appearing on Oprah, being in Good Housekeeping, etc.

   Also, Kate is really quite mean to Jon and she doesn’t seem really loving to her kids. Plus her hair is getting out of control – it looks like a reverse mullet.

   I think they are excellent parents considering their situation. Anyone who has 8 kids would be a very stressful person. I have one and I could NEVER imaging having 6 the same age. I applaud her.
