Just wondering your thoughts on Jon Gosselin announcing plans for sole custody?

Sorry for a Jon and Kate question, but I was just reading a news article on the situation and I had a thought. It is my understanding that Jon has no job or residence. Kate on the other hand has the house and more of a career than Jon does at this point with DWTS and her books. Do you think this may be a ploy for him to eventually try to get alimony from Kate, as well as him grasping for some more attention? Also, do you think there is any judge in his right mind that would give this man custody?

Does anyone really care? I mean come on stop airing your laundry out on national tv. That is between them – not the whole friggen world. Gotta love it.
No judge will give him custody. It would completely screw up the entire family
I don’t know which is the lesser of two evils. Jon, the notoriety seeker or Kate the attention whore. But at least (I guess) Kate is earning a paycheck (for now at least).
