That show is nothing but a bunch of ill-mannered kids screaming and hitting each other…..I feel bad for Jon. That show won’t be on much longer as they are running out of things to do.

They underwent intrauterine insemination (IUI). The first part of the process was putting Kate on fertility drugs to stimulate her ovaries to produce eggs and to release them.
Then, using a catheter, they injected jon’s sperm directly into her uterus, to increase the chance of fertilization. (IUI increases the chance of fertilization because, when conceiving the “old-fashioned way”, the sperm has to make it through the cervix, so bypassing the cervix, the sperm have a better chance of getting to the fallopian tubes to fertilize eggs).
