jon and kate gosselin, did this happen?

my friend sed he saw on the news and the E! news that jon and kate got a divorce because of the whole rumor with jon cheating and he sed that jon got all the kids and kate got none. i can’t find anything like that, just stuff talking about pending divorce that is old articles…what can you tell me about this?
