John And Kate Plus Eight- Does Anyone Else Really Not Like Kate?

Kate is just always so mean. To the kids. To John. To the staff. She is mean to everyone!

She is just a big phony. SHE has to be the big boss of everything..no wonder Jon is having second thoughts. AND if she didn’t want the paparazzi around why did she have the party at a public park?
And you know, she likes the power that the money is giving her…it gives her more power to be bossy.
Jon grew up with money, Kate did not…And all the tears in the world are not going to make me change my mind about her. Jon I love.

We should not be too harsh on Kate because the question is was she like this before Jon married her. Jon needs to be more forceful to Kate when he addresses her verbal and emotional abuse. Kate needs to realize that yes she may have an obsessive compulsive disorder but it is not an excuse for totally disregarding the opinions and feelings of others especially Jon’s’. She is in control because Jon’s ‘laid-back’ attitude prevents him from taking the initiative in many situations which prompts Kate to be very derogative to him and causes her to treat him like a child. At the end of the day Kate is a beautiful woman and mom with a nasty attitude with no one around to sit her down and open her eyes to her real reality.
I used to like Kate in the beginning of the show, she was much more kind in the beginning. But as the show has continued she has been more mean to the kids and especially to Jon. I have often watched previous episodes of the show and thought how mean she was to him; and she is not the most kind of mothers; isn’t that why Aunt Jodie is no longer on the show because Kate was jealous that people thought Jodie was a better mother. My husband who now often watches the show with me can’t believe that Jon puts up with her sh!t! I am glad in a way that Jon is sticking up for himself finally. Like tonight the producers asked him something like him going on a book tour & his answers was something like “i can’t write, and according to some people i can’t speak or even breathe right” and I know that he was referring to kate.
It will be interesting to see what happens this season – like next weeks show the preview shows Kate and Mady have a spa weekend in California while Jon is at home with the rest of the kids. Is that how this season will be? Them not together at all? It’s sad; but honestly I kinda saw it coming.
Yes, she is, and it is so sad the early shows she was all about the kids and now it is all about her. I feel sorry for Jon. I don’t blame him for needing to get out and breath. He is left home with the kids while she is out traveling. I can’t leave my little girl overnight without feeling like a heel. She is not the same person when they started this, and that is so so sad for those kids.
I like Kate and I think she is a great mom…the film tons of stuff and only air what they want which 99% of the time is the worst part I don’t blame her for acting that way I think if I had 8 kids I’d be worse u know it’s got to be so stressful I feel for her
i like her but i think she just has one of those personalities thats just overbearing! i was literally sitting with my mouth open when she told him to take his glasses off during the picture…its just the way she says things ya know…im surprised she’s not as worse as everyone thinks she is considering how big the family is
I Always thought that until the recent episode. i think she really has changed, she seemed so loving and caring. i wish the family best and hope everything turns out well.

How is she so mean? Really? She yells about things, complains about how much she has to do…says like a lot of moms I know.
It’s a reality show like all the others, not much real about it!

Mean, abusive, ALWAYS yelling, a LIAR…She ACTS like she’s ALWAYS home, but she’s ALWAYS on her book tour, charging for autographs & author’s teas & speaking engagements…In fact, she LIED, because on the sextuplet’s ACTUAL Birthday, Mother’s Day, she was NOWHERE in sight, she was in a hotel, with her bodyguard, OF COURSE, meanwhile Jon was spotted picking flowers with his kids! Kate needs to remember her trailer park past & live simpler like she used to! She REALLY needs to get a grip…Also, she needs to remember that if it wasn’t for Jon, the kids probably wouldn’t be here, so she should be greatful…He is there ALL the time taking care of the kids while she’s gone…She even ADMITTED on the show tonight that the kids called her by the nanny’s name instead of Mommy! I think Jon’s the better, more natural parent that lets the kids just be kids, while Kate is the germaphobe!
