So I am a big fan of John and Kate plus Eight, but I am not quite sure how to feel about Kate anymore, she seems like she has turned into somewhat of a snob? Thoughts anyone?

Kate seems a very nasty person, very cruel to her husband and her children..especially the boys.
the “fame” of her show has gone to her head, that and her greed for all the free things they receive.

I feel bad for Jon. He’s a sweetie and she’s VERY controlling and belittles the poor guy. I understand she needs to be in control of a brood that large, but she needs to lighten up. It looks bad when she belittles him.

i kinda get that vibe too. im sure shes just now able to discover who she is since the kids are becoming a little more independent… so this may have been her all along.
I think she’s always been a snob. I understand that taking care of all those kids can be stressful, but she should show more respect to the man that is busting his *** to take care of them all.

I think she is just stressed out and in interviews at the end of the day she just wants to get it over with. I don’t think she is a snob, she just wants the best for her kids.
She has turned into a bit of a snob. I think that she is letting this “celebrity thing” go to her “head”. So she has 8 kids…She always looks stressed, under pressure and whenever they go anywhere, it seems, they have help. Normal families…(under 8 children) may not have the extent of the assistance she and the family gets…It may as well be called…”John and Kate (and what’s her name, and what’s her name and what’s her name…) plus 8
I dont like her whatsoever. In the last episode (the dog episode) she looked so bad with her fake tan it annoyed me to watcht the interview scenes and if the dogs were for THE KIDS for christmas why didnt she let them name them and pick them out. She’s a witch.

Have some respect. as for the way she talks to Jon, for one thing HE married her, he obviously likes the girl, and for another thing, Im sure she talks to him like hes a child because she takes care of 8 children all day long, and its hard to switch top adult mode after all that. not to mention, he ACTS like a kid sometimes. give a mom a break!

She probably acts like that because she is stressed out. She seems like she was one of the bad girls in her younger days (referring to the old pics) but she talks to poor Jon any kind of way.
Sometimes she can be annoying. But we also don’t know what she has to go through everyday.
I love that show. I’m watching the “Puppies!” episiod right now!
I like Kate, but she panics to often and tends to be a little to dramatic and bossy.

Control freak, along with her daughter Maddy..If I hear, ” Oh my word”, one more time, I`ll personally go there and rip Kate`s head off.
I like her. I’m glad that she’s not the happy go lucky type of person. I would never watch that show if she was! Besides I’m pretty sure those kids would run her into the ground if she didn’t have that type A personality. For all of you people that keeps commenting on her attitude towards John…..she can get over board sometimes, but John is just clueless and as someone else mentioned he does act like a kid at times. I certainly don’t feel sorry for him as I’ve heard that he tends to be “kate-ish” in person.
People are always commenting about how the Gosselins exploit their children, but my take is this: if you’re going to make that argument for one TV family, don’t be subjective in your analysis because they’re NOT the only couple that are raising their children in front of the cameras. I.E. The Duggars!
Those people have been given an opportunity, and their capitalizing on it. So what! Their children have secure futures as a result. Where is the exploitation in having cameras watch you do what you do normally for (2) days of the week and also having the privelege of being paid for it? Some of you just need to get a life! If you don’t support the Gosselins, STOP spending your time ranting about them on internet.
