now shes starting a show where she travels to different places to counsel people on their problems or whatever..shes so self involved..

I think she has it in her head that she is doing what is best for her kids… thats keeping herself on camera so she can be a “popular mom”
To me she and Jon both screwed up royaly and I dont think there is any saving themselves now… she is publicity hungry and not all that exciting to watch.
She is raising her kids by finding a way to support them, this is what she knows to do to make money to raise her family. There’s no way to raise 8 children on a nurses salary. She is a working mom, what do you expect her to do. I guess she could stay home with her kids and go on government assistance, then you can pay for her to sit around at home like you want her to do
