did anyone else feel bad about kate gosselin?

i know she can be mean and all that when she has to take care of 8 kids and all that
but today’s eps was just sad. she kinda said they were already apart…
and at the end she was like i will always be here for my kids and i’m willing to do anything i will always be here… i cannot say the same about him… and he just said i will always be here for my kids…
and after it was just really sad watching kate cry =[
and when she said it might of been their last family picture… it was just sad because u could see how hard she was taking this =[
yeah kate was always mean to jon
but on the other hand… jon was just to w/e for having so many kids
if it was up to him the kids would have been a mess by now
i think if it wasnt for this show, they would have broken up way sooner…

I’ve never seen the show, and I really know nothing about the family, but I have seen articles about Jon and Kate’s marital problems, and yes, I do feel sorry for both of them (and especially their kids).
Yeah, I’ve always felt for Kate, with 8 kids, it’s hard not to act like that, I catch myself doing it to my husband sometimes and we only have one! I also read her interview with People magazine. She caught Jon cheating on her while she was out of town (someone got a picture of him) and now he’s making up rumors about her that she’s cheating on him with their bodyguard!
Nope. Kate is a raving b*tch who ordered Jon around like he was a slave. I wondered from episode 1 how long it would take him to snap. She is a self-absorbed, controlling, almost obsessive-compulsive person with no kindness or compassion. I wouldn’t spend five minutes with her. I stopped watching the show when they got the dogs. I didn’t even want to see how she treated those innocent animals after seeing the way she treated her own kids and Jon.
Worse, she’s one of those self-righteous religious people who call themselves “Christians” but show absolutely no love or compassion.
Jon was not caught cheating. That implies he was having sex. He was seen out with other people. Maybe he wanted to be around some women who didn’t treat him like s**t.
Kate brought every ounce of this on herself and I don’t have any sympathy for her. I’m sorry for the kids’ sake. They are growing up with a heartless b*tch as their mother.

How stupid can people be to think they can live a big part of their lives on Reality TV in front of millions of people every week?
It’s setting your family up to be destroyed…..no amount of money is worth it.
I feel sorry for the children.
They’re both idiots for letting the show go on this long.
I feel sad for the whole family. This is what fame does to ya..
I can’t work up any sympathy for people who use their kids to get fame and money.They chose the path they’re on; the kids had no choice. If any of this is in any way real, it’s a lesson for people who have too many kids and forget they also have a partner. Ignore that person’s needs at your own risk. Sorry for them? No.
Todays show was very sad, especially for a birthday episode!
I think both of them have very valid points, but they are just not in the same place at all anymore. I do feel bad for Kate though. I have watched every episode of this show and it seems like she has gotten less strict! In the beginning she had postits on EVERYTHING, color coded and instructions. Now they act like normal people.
Maybe I grew up in a strange house, but thats how my mom/dad were with each other and their marriage is great! Somebody has to take charge… especially with so many kids.
Me too! I seriously think I’m the only one sometimes. Her and Jon are actually really young and they have the strain of dealing with 8 kids! Kate probably is controlling, but what mother of eight little ones wouldn’t be (well… see Octomom)? I feel bad for them because they obviously didn’t realize what the constant spotlight would do to their family and relationship when the signed up. They were naive, but that’s no reason to attack them. And no matter how bitchy your wife is, I think it’s always wrong to cheat on your wife….It really makes me angry when people try to excuse Jon’s behavior like that.
